Facebook and Email Security?

In regards to my Facebook and email, I am somewhat paranoid about who gets in or who gets to view my information and private messages. I do not use the same password for either accounts, using completely separate and unrelated passwords. For my Facebook account, the only ones who can view anything I post is who is labeled as a friend. Information wise, I've only posted my likes, dislikes, and such. I've never posted my email or phone number, nor have I posted anything of extreme importance, nor will I ever. The same can be said for my email. As a member of several password protected sites, I never use the same password twice, and usually use a word or phrase in another language that's easy for me to remember but that much harder for others to guess.
